It’s 5 o’clock in the morning. It’s time to work online. So, I switched on my laptop. Suddenly, I’m having some issues with my Internet connection. The Network Internet Access on the task bar of my laptop’s monitor turned into hilarious red mark ‘X’ which restricted my laptop’s connection to the Internet.
My Internet service provider is a canopy type connection. This is the first time that this incident happened. So, I did some troubleshooting that I knew and read a lot more information on my computer’s Help and Support section.
No matter what I do still I can’t connect to the Internet. This made me a bit frustrated and angry. I needed to be online on the Internet in order for me to finish all my jobs for today. This is the problem with canopy type Internet connection. Sometimes things happen unexpectedly. Since my contract (locking period) with this provider has already expired, I’m planning to reconsider dsl or dial-up internet like most US resident use. According to my friends living there, “It’s much reliable and with fast Internet connection.”
So, I called my internet service provider and uttered my complaint. After a few conversations, finally, we fixed the problem. Something happened to their end that they needed to fix. In less than 20 minutes, the issue has been resolved and everything is doing great now.
Finally, I can connect my laptop to the Internet. Now, I’m ready to start to work and hopefully I still can finish all my assigned jobs for today.
