Reminiscing A Year Blogging

Scrolling down through my old post in the sidebar reminded me that this blog site is already a year old since it started last September 2011.  Wow!  What a great experience that was last year.  With so many memories that I could cherish through my journey in social media and blogging in the internet and mobile phone.  As I can recall, I created this blog as a window of my soul, a channel through my journey and experiences in life.  Because of this, I met you, old friends, new friends, acquaintances, and fellow artists around the world via the internet of which I also learned a lot too from your own posts whether in a blog form or social media.  Reminiscing back in time, I chose eight insanely meaningful blog post that I could consider the most memorable though all blog posts contributed on this web blog site were all worthwhile reading until now.

Recognition.  This website is recognized throughout the world in the internet as a website of a visual artist of which people appreciated.  I am thankful you like it in a positive way the way I share my thoughts and creativity.

Participation.  I am twisting my fingers not expecting to win but to gain friends.  There are a lot of better artists than I am on these contests I participated in such as the button contest of Stereohype and Strength in Numbers of Mini Space.  The website owners were very kind to include my thoughts and art despite I am just an emerging visual artist.

Awards.  This web blog site received awards such as Silver Award of ArtMajeur and as a versatile blogger of Versatile Blogger Award.  I would like to thank those people who chose to award this simple personal visual artist web blog site and appreciated this through their likes and comments.

Artworks.  The two most memorable artworks this year are the logos for Global Artist Circle Facebook group and Things Recycled Useful Tumblr site.  Because of these two, it has encouraged myself to rekindle my creative talent and share it to the world also gain insights and knowledge through other people's creative output.

Contributors.  I started to open up a guest post this last month and thankfully people and website owners asked queries about this of which some are now posted.  Their insights about creativity were great and helpful.  Hopefully, a lot of people will contribute to share their insights too.

Group.  Through my accidental creation of a Facebook group Global Artist Circle, I met fellow artists around the world and make socialization with them via the internet.  Interestingly, I gained a lot of visual experiences through their masterpieces and learned to discover their art and thoughts.

Comments.  I appreciated comments in every posts on this website of which I gained interaction with the commenter.

Projects.  Through this website, I tend to share my ideas about blogging, gain some art commissions.
