computer repair shop
The computer shop where I had my laptop repaired.  My laptop
at the shop's desk.  My burger snack and pizza with drinks lunch.
An odd screen appears every time I turn on my new laptop of which a blurred desktop icons and images are what you can only see through the screen.  I tried to troubleshoot any possibilities to regain the same normal screen but I was unsuccessful in doing so.  The only thing I can get to have a normal desktop screen is to switch to another user on this laptop.  I have experienced this several times from now.  Because of this, I decided to bring this laptop to the store at the mall where I bought this new laptop and see if they could help resolve this issue.  Luckily, it is still under one year warranty code of which I am not oblige to pay any amount for parts or services.

While being there at that shop, I opened up my laptop on their desk, told and let them view the complaint at hand, and asked if they could fix it.  The repair man was kind and told me that my laptop needed to be reformatted in this case for a couple of hours, so he asked me to back-up files and save it to drive D before doing this reformat thing and so I did and left the laptop at the shop for a couple of hours and went mall hopping while awaiting.

While awaiting for the said hours of reformat of my laptop's system, I went to eat first at Pizza Hut then walk around the mall to shop a little and/or window shop.  After a couple of hours, I went back to the repair shop to check out any update on the laptop reformat but it is still on that state at that time.  So, I went around again at the mall and ate snack.  At my final check, I went back at the shop and got my laptop repaired and went home.

Now, my laptop is in good condition with normal desktop screen.  I am so thankful with the shop and computer repair man.

Good you were to get it serviced in one day, Paul, with it still under warrnty. I would be lost without having a laptop now, as it is much more comfortable to sit where I like, rather then at my Desktop PC in another room. I have kept my PC for backup. My new laptop I just bought a couple weeks ago also has one year warranty, I hope it to last 5 years.

Kamal the tech guy told me its internal so they needed to reformat it. I guess it has something to do with programs embeeded before. Now it is okay and I am using it.
